Are you ready for the 4th?

The fourth of July is almost here! I cannot believe that half of 2011 is over already, and that in just 6 Months Christmas will be here. I hope everyone has an eventful weekend planned for the 4th...

My weekend is pretty packed starting tonight so this will probably be the last blog for the week (at least I made my goal of 3). Tonight we will be having dinner at my house for my brother's girlfriend's birthday, tomorrow night we are celebrating my Fiance'(Cody) brother's Birthday in Nashville, we are also getting the keys to our new house tomorrow :), On Saturday, we possibly have another get together to go to or if that doesn't work out, I would love to go to the Smithville Jamboree! (My Great Grandparents were from there and we have not been in years). The Jamboree if I remember correctly is on the square in Smithville and they have food, antiques, and crafts! On Sunday we will have Church and possibly another birthday party for my grandfather... and then finally on the 4th, we are going Canoeing! (I have never been so I'm kind of excited about it) After all of that, I am sure that I will be super tired on Tuesday!

Persnickety and MudPie Pre-orders are underway!

If you don't know much about Persnickety Clothing yet, you will by this Fall for sure. They have been out for a couple seasons now, but are still growing and gaining more and more customers every day. We picked up Persnickety in the Spring, and fell in LOVE with it! It has the whimsical vintage feel that is ever so popular right now. In two weeks we will be heading to Market to preview and order Holiday Persnickety!

MudPie has done it again! Every season they continue to come out with the cutest outfits. This season features more of the Wild Child collection which is the zebra and giraffe prints, a new collection called Pretty in Pink, a Trick or Treat collection, and all the outfits and accessories you could ever need for Christmas

It's been a while...

Blogging is not as easy as it seems! It has been way too long since I last blogged about our store so let's play a little catch up!

We had a great Spring and so far Summer at Hadley and Finn, but I have to say I am excited ecstatic about Fall merchandise beginning to come in :) Now that we feel we have a better understanding of what our Hadley and Finn customers like, we picked up a couple of new lines along with some of our best selling lines for Fall. Look for post later this week of some NEW arrivals! (You will be just as exited).

We have also recently expanded our store! We added twice as much space, but some of it is for our own personal backspace for sewing, embroidering, paperwork, storage, etc. The store a work in progress (almost always) as we continue to look for new display furniture and creative ideas! (We love to hear your ideas and/or if you have any furniture for sale that might look good in a boutique store. Feel free to send us an e-mail to hadleyandfinn@hotmail.com).
